Once your IP is fully secured, you can safely share your engineering drawings (CAD/CAM, 3D models, STEP files, PDFs). We operate strictly as a build-to-print manufacturer, executing exactly as per your provided drawings to ensure total adherence to your specifications without altering your original design intent. During our technical evaluation, our engineering team creates a Detailed Process Sheet outlining the precise operation sequence, process parameters, in-process inspection checkpoints, and the final layout inspection plan. If requested, we will share these process details with you prior to manufacturing for complete confirmation. Furthermore, we maintain a strict three-month retention period for the actual process sheets used during manufacturing. This guarantees full traceability and ensures our components are successfully accepted and seamlessly assembled into your final application.

We manufacture custom Jigs, Fixtures, Tools, and Gauges (JFTG), machine spare parts, and both standard and non-standard mechanical components specific to your exact needs and drawings. After evaluating your required parts, we analyze how they fit into your broader operations. Based on your estimated quantities and schedules, we align your project with one of our structured supply programs—such as a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) or Blanket Purchase Order—to ensure reliable production continuity.

Finally, we present a comprehensive, personalized quotation. We are fully equipped to provide a quote for a single, highly specialized JFTG prototype, just as we are capable of quoting and executing high-volume manufacturing for continuous production. Your proposal will detail exact manufacturing lead times, optimal batch sizes, and the specific mechanics of your proposed supply program, providing complete transparency before manufacturing begins.

To ensure continuous improvement and absolute satisfaction, our partnership extends beyond shipment. Following production and delivery, we actively request that you provide formal feedback on the supplied manufactured products via email.
